just got back from the bank. They decided to file it as saying it was an unapproved charge. It will be investigated by the bank and i will know their ruling in 2-3 business days.

Yeah it is still pending, I am a Deputy in Butler County and considered having one of my friends give him a call and see if that changed anything, this dude is just a piece of shit.

You can click report internet crime and put in a report. I just finished mine. They will supposedly update me on my case if they process it. Not all cases are processed. Hopefully mine will have a chance since the mods provided his IP address and we have his home address.

i just called him again and hes like "oooh i'll check later tonight about the $" - he is so full of shit. Someone else answered the phone and it sounds like he is at home why the fuck can't you log on now. No he's probably too busy with other scams. He says its comming out of his bank account. Tommorrow i will call back and i hope that his wife or whoever answers the phone again and i'm going to ask them why josh is such a deadbeat and where my money is.
damn i hate this guy. I'm getting depressed because i'm not going to be able to afford headers now for several more months because i'm a college student and it takes me forever to save up for stuff. Why is the world filled with so many dishonest people???

i'm looking into that. I know i can win, but after reading legal stuff i may win but i will still not get my money. Its another battle beyond winning to get the money.

go to the post office, with a package, or anything to send to "him" at the address you have. tell them you want it send certified which will make him sign his name to get it. and will have confirmation along with it so you can get a copy of the signiture, and what day/time it got there. i belive you have to print you name then sign for it. just send him a plain envelope. it will cost about 5.00 at most to find his address.
