ive been having this discussion all day with girls at work, the one girl broke off the engagement with the "nice guy" because she doesnt feel the "fire" i told her i can show her what "fire" is like to feel and she would go running back to the nice guy....

i hear stupid shit come out of a lot of women's mouths like that and then i meet those nice, pretty girls with their priorities straight and i fall for them again...ugh

If it's your own fault - a lot of times you can play their game.......and get them to apologize to you by the time the discussion is done.

But seriously, if I win an argument with my wife, or somehow she acknowledges that she is at fault (which most of the time she is) then its because she let me win because she felt sorry for me. Thats the way it works. They are never wrong and never at fault.

1. Girl pressures guy for marriage.
2. Guy delays.

Then 5-10 years later the guy is an empty shell of his former self. Girl is a ruthless manipulating machine. Girl divorces loser husband. Girl takes 80% of guy's stuff because the guy is too brain dead to find a good lawyer. Girl lives happily ever after. Guy becomes bald alcoholic who dies of heart attack at 45 years old.

For some reason they have this idea ingrained into their heads that marriage and relationships are candle-lit dinners, ballroom dances, strolls on the beach, making love (note: This is not 'sex' as we think of it as) in a field of daisies, having a sappy ass love song in the background where ever the fuck you go, and every other soap opera cliche a constant 24/7.

Then the day dream dissolves when their alcoholic husband yells at them to close the door on their trailer because the noise of their 7 kids outside is interrupting his watching of Jerry Springer.
