I'm disapointed in all of you... this many posts and nobody else noticed when Megan Fox's character opens the hood of old school Bumblebee she mentions; "Nice engine......double pumper.....blah blah" but there was no conventional carburator on it, it was some sort of velocity stack/side draft carb. set up. Didn't anyone else notice this? If you were checking out Megan Fox instead I guess thats an allowable excuse...

I'm sorry. I was too busy staring at her 'dual carbs'. I thought it was funny how whatever was going on Bumble's radio was going along with it or giving 'spike' (the other name was duh Duh duh) instructions.

Beetles suck now though anyway. back in the day they were good cheap cars, now their overpriced pieces of cheap crap! I test drove one and it was horrible.

...bumble bee should have been a trans am...as far as the opening and closing door and things that are switching or moving around in scenes, this is often caused by deleted dialog or whole scenes that will get used in extended ed. or directors cuts. lets hope for the directors cuts, cause those always rock.

what surprised me was that they didn't ALL have actual pistols. they were built in guns. and did Jazz even have one? who fights without a gun?

and how did they lose Jazz exactly? he was freaking cool! how could you not fix a robot?

I don't see Unicron coming back for the cube cause he was interested in planets, and they destroyed the cube.

Did they kill Barricade? Starscream? Scorpioin thing? and was that stupid JIBBERING annoying thing soundwave? I hope they killed that little weirdo!

You walked out during the credits...didnt you? Starscream was shown flying off into space. Don't know the fate of Barricade. Supposedly Prime killed him and it was edited out, but I don't know. Scorponok was last seen in the desert, but very well could've gone down with Blackout when he was destroyed, and Soundwave wasn't in the movie, that was Frenzy...

The reason the guy wasnt named Spike was because they used the character from the comics not the cartoon.

yeah...I walked out during the credits. I know. I'm an idiot. Okay, cause frenzy was freaking annoying. and I thought that was sad they turned soundwave, who was actually smart and dangerous, into that. but I think they left Barricade alive too.

HAHAHAH im not the only one who was wondering.....and im not ghey......Me being excited over the whole 2nd gen maro and to see what looked like 8 weber carbs(or F.I. look alike). But then for her to say "double pumper" (referring to holley carb)....i was like your looks are all you got Also, if the transformers came through the earths atmosphere.......then the ocean wouldnt destroy megatron then right? I mean they arent normal........Bah anyways the movie left a lot open for a another movie(yay!) Im joing to watch it again tomorrow.

I almost pissed the other day laughing. My buddy had went to see it to, and he's black. we were setting there talking about it the day after and he was like 'Yep...soon as I heard Jazz...I knew he was the one." I almost fell over. It just pissed me off that he had to die cause he was one of my favorites, and he was one of the staple characters.

Megan Fox was especially hot when she started talking about engine shit. all my friends were like, Alan, you need that. If only you could actually meet hot chicks that actually know stuff about cars. damnitt.

I haven't read through this whole thread but that scene actually bugged the hell out of my buddy 'cuz she said that the double-pump carb made more power by squirting the fuel, which we all know is bs because the fuel is drawn through a carb (two helpings in a double-pump) and if it is squirted its called fuel injection. I didn't even catch the inaccuracy of the squirting vs. pouring all I was thinking was that thing doesn't even have a holley four-barrel on it!!!
Other than that and the fiberglass 20"+ wheel covers with mock brake discs and no calipers on the 2009, I thought it was an incredible movie and I plan to own it.
