Random question, is 600RWHP emissions legal out there?

California smog testing consists of the sniffer test and a visual. I'm not sure whether or not a 600hp car would pass. (In other words-- no way for both). With a mild head/cam/exhaust combo you could pass the sniffer but would probably fail the visual, mainly because of long tubes. Now some shops aren't diligent on doing a visual so..... That situation is "easier" to find with a shop. Certain someone's situation is not easy therefore expensive.
