a friend and my self had to make 150 people happy at my bros wedding. he wanted fucken curry, so we made the best curry ive ever tasted. on the first try, cuz if it had tasted funny there would have been150 hunger people. so you think 40-50 plates is hard, try 150 with a recipe you have never used before. talk about trial by fire. and plenty of fresh veggies and wassabi dip, not indian but good asian stuff.

yeah but i make them to order i take the tower of eggplant. ok cut the eggplant into circles then layer then form largest to smallest by the circle size then layer with riccootta and spinach, and mozz cheese. then when its done the cheese melts down the sides and it looks like a cone. looks sweet. i did it for one of my finals in culinary. i had vegitarian because no one said they could do it and the teacher said i should seeing as i was one of the more advanced students. you should have seen there faces when done. then when they tasted it .

try feta cheese and baby belas, and roma tom. and before you put the oil on it let the basil soak in the oil.

i cook northern italian, not southern. northern is more americanized, with thicker sauces. souther is thiner sauces and not so much flavor. they try not to use thickining agents. ok i'm out.

plus that was my first time maken curry ever. the recipes were for 4, so i did a lot of guessing to make them for 150. it was fun once it was over, but during sucked major ass. "have you ever made curry" no "you have to make curry for 150 in 23hrs" screams of pain

Press your right foot down. To the backing of a mellow moan, the surroundings go into reverse and dots on the horizon zoom into focus. There is something special about a car that accelerates from 100 as fast as it accelerates to 100.
