you dont like meat so that throw smoked brisket right out the window. i can make a mean apple cobbler in the dutch oven. grilled veggies are the bomb. i make a badass turkey/turducken. shit most of the stuff i make has meat in it sorry. spaghetti, but i cheat the meat balls in my freezer are homade from my aunt half italian and homade sauce. plus noodles from crebbes ok, real italian town, shops have hanging cheese and everything.

hey 1fast, you're restaruant isn't gonna have any customers until you shell out some $$$ for marketing-that's where I come in, boss. I did some mean ass marketing material for a restaraunt in pittsburgh, pa called Duke's Station 3. It's like a yuppy rib-joint. damn good stuff to. I'll have to show you some jpgs of the stuff i did:

indoor posters
logo
hotel flyer [looked awesome, we used metallic inks on it]

i have to get ready for work, i'm all bummed out i started corned beef when i got home last night at 3:30 but put it on low and it wasn't done at noon, so i put it on high and still not done. at least the kids a wife will enjoy it.

how? no offense but that not hard either. you just put in in flip it evern once and a while if not on a spit. then close they door no real talent there. but does taste good. try 40 - 50 plates in one hour then talk to me.
