Not always true. If you have money and are putting it into a failing business you won't have any money anymore

a boacker or a 50/50 partner would be better. two peopleto cover more shifts to start my one friend had a restaurant for 1.5 years. then 9/ 11. and they just died. my other buddy now has a butcher shop. the butcher shop has been open for about 2 years now, he is just starting to get steady.

Press your right foot down. To the backing of a mellow moan, the surroundings go into reverse and dots on the horizon zoom into focus. There is something special about a car that accelerates from 100 as fast as it accelerates to 100.

out of pocket is kinda true depending on how much you got and if you realyy feel it will be worth it to lose it all. you have to be ready to take that chance. i have been chatin with the wife about selling our other house if we do now we will make about 35-40 k. which i could use as a down payment and finance the rest they multiple places. the hard part is the business plan to show the banks/ loan people (who ever it may be). i can get my hands on a few places right know, but timing is one of the most important things and where you are located(number 1). there is a lot to think about and to do. before you say yeah i want that place and to run like this.
