I usually crash around 11:00 and am up by 6:15. The wife turns in about an hour before I do and gets up at 5:25. I used to go to bed earlier, but over the last few months I am just not tired until later.

Weekends are funny -- if I get up when I wake up around 6:30, no problem. But if I lay there and fall back asleep, it may be after 8:00 before I am up again. Feels like I am wasting my weekend when I do that.

On weekends I go to sleep 11pm/12am and I'll wake up 11am/12pm. The funny thing is my body feels like it's on an internal clock or something. Saturdays around 5pm my body begins to relax. I guess my body knows Sunday is my relaxing time.

Man i can never sleep, I only sleep like 3 hours a night and fall out in pretty much all of my classes. Somehow I still manage to get my work done but still, this is a problem. I have no idea what is wrong with me.
