Washed the ole girl twice with some clay bar action and a few coats of wax and even got the buffer out. Now on to the interior cleaning and engine bay.

Then I need to rip off each wheel and clean the piss out of them, polish, and rotate them front to back back to front.
One thing, my wheels are ZR1 5-spoke style with the Corvette centers and the flag logo insert. However, someone tore off one of the sticky inserts. One of them is loose so I am suspecting that someone was tampering with them.

I took mine out for a quick joy ride. Upon getting about 30 minutes from the house, I saw nothing but dark grey rain clouds over by my house, so I literally raced home to beat the rain. I had the tops off and really didn't feel like cleaning the car again.
As I pulled into the garage, shut the door, and started walking into the house...the rain started pouring down. Huge thunderstorms rolling through.
Lucked out!!

Red/Silver stripes- 2002 35th LE Camaro
I spent all day trying to find a set of rear wheel spacers cause the ZR1 replicas I bought rub the inner fender well above the bump stop, to all who think they will be fine buying 17x11 rear tires I can tell you that it won't be fine. I need a 1/4 in - 5/16 in spacer but can only find a 15mm (9/16in) Eibach Suspension Spacer, luckily it comes with longer studs but everyone is all sold out of em and I don't know if I want to order online or wait. I have the worst luck.

Bought rims for my car, tried to bolt em up but turns out a 17x11 rear tire is just a hair too wide so now I have to find some spacers. So far everyone is sold out and I don't want to buy em and wait for em to come, it's funny cause I'll have to wait anyway.

Took my baby out for a spin, burnt some rubber and got er up to like 130 on a back road. It's been so long since I've done that, she needs a bath before I put my rims on. I also ordered the spacers, they'll be here Tue and then I get to order brakes and rotors when I get more money (sorry spikito, I ordered em today and just saw your post lol). I should turbo my car, a big fat 6.5L diesel turbo. I've got plenty around the house I could use, what do yall think about that idea?
