Yeah but when it stays small only a select people will start to get away with bullshit while others get banned and stuff. Im sure you have seen the smaller forums and usually the people who run it are the ones who live in the same state, the token girl who knows nothing but insults people, and the outcast and it becomes boring to post on those "family" forums.

I just like fresh people because it keeps the threads alive and new people instead of the same
