2 grand and i get 2 sentences from the guy, court date is moved to july 6th and he has to talk to the cop to see if he'll drop it to a minor traffic violation

ok guys, new court date is july 6th. no insurance wont cover it no matter what the outcome of this, that's because this was supposed to be covered under my comprehensive policy, i was told originaly that i'd need collision to fix my car if it was my fault for running into another driver or causing an accident. complrehensive was supposed to cover fixing my car if i was hitting a dear, act of god accident, road condition accident, underinsured driveres, stolen, ect... well they filed this as i hit the tree and wrecked. apparently loosing traction to mud isn't going to count because there's some fine line. i'm still trying to fight it with them, it's a seperate issue all together and it doesnt look like i'll win
