I'm quite content with our A4 -- never thought I would say that as everything else except 2 of our DD's have manual transmissions. According to my wife, if it doesn't have a stick she's not interested... but she has since made an exception for the T/A.

I did nothing but go to work....maybe it is a sign from God I should leave that joint. Other than that went to DD left it started fine , smelled gas, got it to the shop was backing in when it started making a noise like the blue dodge, put it in drive noise went away ,back in reverse noise is back. Fine I will park it and find out what it is later. jeep almost cuts out so I goose it it goes into the spot and dies. wouldn't start so I opened the hood to look around. Ok gas smell was coming from the NO 1 injector, leaking from O ring. no biggie easy fix. Tried starting it after work and checked a bunch of things all parts tested was good. nothing looked broke. UNTIL I opened up the air box and seen a ton of oil and some water droplets on the filter. I immediatly pulled out and checked the dipstick Oil looked ok,smelled ok , not milky no water droplets on dip stick.
Tried the ether to no avail so now I am leaning more to ignition,or it is dead.

Nope she did ask me what we was gonna do if it was dead, I told her "buy the 88 suburban up on 202 and start selling parts off the jeep to get that money back and then some."
Which will be fairly easy since the tires are newish (maybe 8k on 50 k tires) Alloy rims newer fuel tank and a bunch of other newer parts. plus I have the Chrysler rear and not the damned dana 35. the trans is the towing package tranny. non vaccum ran front diff and transfer case.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
I brought the GTO into the shop today to find out why my parking brakes were being sketchy. Sometimes they would engage fully and other times half@$$. Turns out the parking brake wasn't adjusted enough. The shoes were still intact and almost 100%. So we adjusted them and my manager had to heat up the passenger rear adjuster with a torch. We put the rear rotors back on and done. 4 clicks on the parking brake lever and the car won't budge...and I did another burnout in the parking lot. Hee!!

Drove our infamous Durango -- the one that took the Christmas Day excursion into the woods -- up to Lowe's today. I come out and as I open up the back to load my stuff, a gentleman walks up to me and says, "I don't want to cause any problems, but that lady just hit your vehicle with her truck," and he points to my right rear bumper.
Sure enough, I look and there is a nice size scrape mark. I was parked with my rear to the aisleway and she attemted to pull through the row, hitting me with her front left bumper. Now, I really do not care a whole lot about any damage as this is our beater vehicle, but the fact that she just did it and walked away pissed me off.
I snapped a couple of pics of the damage on both vehicles, her plates, and an overall of the scene with my phone. I then wrote her the following note and placed it on her windshield:
"Thank you for hitting our Durango. I have pictures and a witness. Please call my office on Mondy morning."
I then left my name and law office phone number... we'll see what happens.
