Yes, Salmon has fat, but they're good fatty omegas. VERY good for the heart.

Stay away from frying in lieu of baked or bbq. If you do have to fry, do it in olive oil. Fresh dill, lemon or lime, light salt and pepper.

stay away from "butter fish"... it is very tastey but will cause really bad diarhea and anal leakage...

    Heh, I know the feeling.

I started ab "core" training about 3 months ago; 1/2 hour 2x/week. The first couple of mornings after the first few classes, I wanted to die and strung together a series of expletives any armed forces personnel would have been proud of. I'm also convinced my "core training" instructors ears burst into flames.

But it does get better, and it takes no time at all to notice and feel changes.

also, if you run dont run for 30 mins, do like 45sec running as fast as you can then 45 sec light jog, do that for about 15 mins, and you will burn more then the 30mins from running.

I eat oat meal every morning for breakfast. Not the quick oats, the whole oats. Most of the time cold in milk.

Thats a good way to run, and you wont sacrifice the speed and power. I've read about how too much long distance running kills your speed. Hence why baseball and football players run so many sprints.

    4 things:

    1) Eat better which it sounds like you are in the process of changing your diet...

    2) Suck it up and go to the gym. Get yourself some NoXplode suupliment, and just go to town. Try it and you will see why it works...

    3) Get your ass on the treadmill and run!!! COmbine that with good old fashion sit-ups and push-ups and you will loose the weight...

    4) Yeah there are gonna be somedays where you wont feel like working out, but suck it up and go anyways. you will so much better after your done working out...

Best of luck for you on reaching your goals...

Eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones will help too...your body will learn that food is always there so it won't store it as easy. That's what I heard anyway...seems to work

potatoes are full of carbs.. eat carbs in the morning with a protein shake, and some carbs before ur work out and the rest right after ur work out. eat a small dinner and do not snack at night.
