I think I'm going with the cam Brian is about to put in. Maybe then I can get some decent numbers at the track for my slow ride.

btw you should have seen me when i was getting my 240sx redone.. i got sooo much done at one time when i got it back it was a whole new car... took them about 3 months which was ridiculous but had a full engine swap, turbo, new transmission, sooooo many other goodies, rewired the whole damn car and all that so it took them forever and i went and visited it to see the progress every weekend... like an hour trip each way

think of it in increments of $4k. depending on if you do the labor or not it could vary. that's what I did.
tires, suspension (springs + shocks), handling/traction (SFCs, tq arm, adj panhard), pulley = 4k
full exhaust, Fast 90/90, gears, tune= 4k
heads, cam, stall, tranny cooler, tune = 4k
tranny build up, rearend bolt, and miscellaneous = 4kLast edited by djvaly; 08-08-2007 at 07:29 PM.

in my case my increments were more like $5k since I bought some of the better brands that yield above average gains.
