    You all SERIOUSLY understimate the GTO obviously. Have you just not encountered one yet? Yes the Z06 is lighter HOWEVER the LS2 GTO would respond much nicer to mods. All parts needed to make the GTO fast enough to kill yourself are sold through GM. For roughly 3500$ you can have a somewhat mildly cammed GTO with headers, exhaust, intake, L92 heads and L76 intake manifold and put down about 500rwhp N/A. Depends on what you want the car for. If its not a Daily Driver, actually if its rarely driven then go with the Viper obviously. If you want a very easy to mod car that you can drive everyday then go with the GTO of the Terminator cobra.

    All I am getting at is the Ls2 takes the cakeover an LS6 anyday. LS2 basically = slightly larger displacement LS6 with 90/90 combo stock. LS2 has LS6 heads as well as the 02 Z06 cam in it.

    Why is the 05 Vette not an option?

    I am not too fond of the GTO body style that is all... That 2002 ZO-6 in stock form can be an 11 sec car with the right driver!

    This is vauge.. depends on my financial situation, and if it's a dialy driver. a car i'd win or what

    1 is viper for me. with a twin turbo kit i'd add on later
    2. ( would be one if i had to drive it daily) athe Z06
    3. GTO
    4. Mustang cobra

    Good point about the GTO .....of the pack the GTO is the best DD, but I may be biased ....lol
