Here is Lluvia (Rain in Spanish)
At 1st Stormy was like WTF is this? But she's been very accepting after they were introduced.

I'm so sick of the rain. I do hope we get a shit ton of snow this winter. That is the only thing that makes winter worth it.

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
Me and a buddy of mine going to Dallas to see another friend this weekend, all three of us going to see Andrew W.K. on Friday. Two of the three of us know one single song by Andrew W.K., so here's hoping he just plays Party Hard on loop the whole night All joking aside, Trees is a pretty good venue for concerts like these. I'm not big on the giant arena gigs unless it's something like Metallica/Avenged Sevenfold at AT&T Stadium, that was a pretty awesome experience. We saw mxpx a couple years ago at the same smaller venue, another band my buddy knew well and I knew two whole songs but it was a great time anyway, and they did some good Social D covers as well...and I was introduced to Five Iron Frenzy, another good band that fell under my radar.

Just an LGT with a 54" deck.
So it was a shitty evening. Ten minutes after I rolled home my brother calls. Dad is attempting to fix the toilet and has a drill out. I run up to the house and he has a drill bit on an 18" extension trying to drill down into the tank bolt. I call a halt to everything and upon looking things over decide that the wax seal may indeed be weeping a bit. After going back home for tools I easily remove the tank with a 1/2" socket on an extension and then pull the bowl. Unfortunately, although dad also purchased a new tank seal he ended up with a 2" seal for a 3" hole so we also had to make a Lowe's run. An hour or so later all is back together and seems to be fine.

I am going to jump off a cliff on the M38A1 and attempt to drill and extract the seized oil galley plugs on the side of the block. Pray for me.

Went out for music last night and it was almost 11:00 when we rolled home. That's way too late for an old guy like me.

Went for a walk around the neighborhood with the dogs last night. Lluvia (new pup) follows Stormy (4yrs old) like a mirror. As we were walking we had a car with a couple of guys that claimed they were lost and started asking directions. Not sure how they couldn't see Stormy, she's huge. But as the passenger was getting out Stormy must have sensed something cause she went into protect mode and started growling then barking. Lluvia followed her lead and did the same thing (sorry have to say this but was cute as hell). The passenger jumped back in and they drove off without saying anything else. We manage to get a partial plate number so I talked with my cop buddy about it and he told me theirs been a rash of similar cases of robberies in the area. So I passed the info and descriptions.

someone got some big treats .....
To give you an idea of how big Stormy is.
She's a King German Shepherd, she weights 105lbs and stands 30" tall (that's across her back). From nose to tail about 4" long.
She's the same size as our neighbors male German Shepherd but out weighs him by 15 lbs.Last edited by SMWS6TA; 09-21-2018 at 12:33 PM.
