Driver side valve cover is back on the car. Trying to find a non-gay breather assembly to fit it and not having any luck.

I noticed it attaches kind of like a radiator cap?

Yes, valve springs were shot. And there is a crack in the bottom of my intake.

I hope my boss lets me do a cold air intake and cat back. Can't wait to learn performance work.

Chris - actually good that you did find a cause for the issues... it would make me nervous if everything actually checked out when you tore into it. Is that a FAST intake? Can it be repaired?

Yeah I know, as soon as I pulled the valve cover I can see that the springs have been walking around in there which explains my Val e float. Yes its a fast 92mm. I think it can be fixed with some jb weld or something.

what would cause a FAST intake to crack? Too much N2O?

When I bought it used and it had a hair line crack in it so I just put some rtv silicone in there. But now its a big crack, I'm not sure what can cause it. Everything was torqued to spec.
