Am I the only person under 40 in this country who doesn't have a cell phone? I see elderly people talking on them and driving now. I see 8 year old kids with phones everywhere.

I feel like I might be the last free person on the face of the Earth. People are on call 24/7 now because of these things, you can't hide.

I do however like the app my friend has that he can use to listen to a song and find the artist and title. Pretty cool.

Hey, since you guys know all about them, is there any prepaid phone you can buy and use for emergencies that the minutes don't expire.

I would pay 100 dollars for a crap phone that had 20 minutes of talk time on it that didn't expire. The time would never run out, I would only use it if I got a flat tire or something.

To someone like myself who travels constantly from state to state, having a device that can find my next hotel or apartment... or even a pizza hut... its priceless. When I'm in a area I've never been before and I need to find the air port, the Droid is invaluable. Can't live without it. To a constant traveler, a smart phone is more of a lifeline then a "phone". I need to be on call, or else I don't get the job.


I can see a 'older' person saying this, but I cant see the same person living on the road without one.

Snowboard. I couldn't ski to save my life. Shit I had a hard time cross country skiing. Standing goofy footed on a board though I am aces.

I ran into that same problem with my Droid 1. Have you downloaded any video player apps lately? Can you still watch videos that YOU took? More then likely its an app you recently downloaded.

Didn't download any video apps, I can still watch videos I took. I might start deleting some of these gay apps.

That sucks. I couldnt figure that issue out on my D1. Really aggravating! I broke down and bought the DX instead! The DX is really a sweet machine, but I can understand people not spending money on it.
