How long would the video need to be? More specifically, how do I prove that I kept it down for however long you guys feel is necessary?

ive done it before, multiple times acutally. Only held it down once though. I dont have video of the time i finished it, but i have plenty of the "dairy Challanges" we have done in the past. Just think long streams of white projectile vomit.

So, wouldn't this be the EASIEST way for a bulimic to lose weight? Pig out, drink a gallon of milk as fast as you can and then bombs away.

I am curious as to why chocolate milk doesn't count because I know I can drink a gallon of that in about 10 minutes without trying. Love chocolate milk.

I am fat as hell though.

The whole "finger down throat" thing is probably much cheaper and more efficient.

    Just a guess.

It shouldn't count double. It should count less.

The reason you can't keep the milk down is because of the milk fat content.

    1 gallon milk = 1/g milk = y% milk fat content

    1 gallon chocolate milk = >1/g milk + x/g choclate flavoring = >y% milk fat content

Thus the same amount of chocolate milk has less of the substance that causes the stomach to reject the milk.

    That's why it's easier.

Cheaper sure, but the milk adds to the whole binge aspect of the situation. It also probably doesn't hurt your teeth as bad as regular old food coming up.

Plus, if you are already packed you probably wouldn't have to drink the whole gallon.

I bet there are tons of people who would rather drink milk than stick a finger down their throat.

It's not the food that rots your teeth, it's the stomach acid. Which will be present whether you throw up food or milk.

Since then I've done it another 4 times, all under 15 minutes, once with food, and kept it all down. All it makes me feel is really full for about an hour, and I can't seem to stand afterwards.
1/2 gallon isn't very difficult. I have absolutely no problem getting 1/2 gallon down. Where I hit my wall is about 3/4 through the gallon. Also, depending on what you eat, it could make it easier. If you're drinking the milk with bread or rice, it would make it a little easier. That's why you're given the hour and can't eat or drink anything else or go to the bathroom. I'm not debating that it's not possible. People have done it before. Under 15 minutes though and holding it down? People can chug stuff fast, but they never show them afterwards and if they puked or not.

I've never chugged a gallon. I have a 24oz glass that I use for milk and beer. I regularly do 3 glasses for dinner, no problem. And that's how I did the gallons, 3 glasses one right after the other. The other two over a span of 10-15 minutes. One of those was with pretzel sticks Why can't you eat food as well? Seems like that would make it more difficult...

And I'm talking whole milk of course. Anything less isn't milk!

I knew it was the stomach acid, but I meant that the food would be filled with it. However, I also thought that the milk might diminish the amount of stomach acid but I googled it and found that milk creates MORE stomach acid.

    It was a myth.
