That would be cool. I have the perfect setup now ready and waiting if he or she is so inclined But, the last one was sick. Chances are a healthy one won't need me

I feel bad for killing that cicada killer now that I've read wiki...apparently, they don't sting humans unless you step on them or squeeze them with your hand. Still largest bee I have ever seen in my life.

A metallic green fig beetle (Cotinus texana), so named because it is often found feeding on fig fruits during the warm summer months in southern California. It is also fond of other ripe, juicy fruits, such as peaches and plums. These attractive beetles spend their juvenile larval stage in the ground, often beneath manure piles, compost and haystacks.
In TN we call them june bugs. As far as I know they're harmless, unless your riding a bicycle and one flies right at your head....THAT HURTS!!!! LOL

Cicadas are freaky as hell to run up on. The buzz real loud and crap. They're too damn big to squash too, you have to just shoo 'em off.

Smkn_TA- Did you kill that damned waterbug or not?

Now...what you need to know is the size. It was fucking huge. Like, I put a quarter in there and it fucking ate it before I could take the pic. Seriously though, like longer than 4 quarters. And the eyes, they were enormous. And those things on the front. Not shitting you...it splayed them wide as a defense. Then jumped at me like fucking jumped at my hand. And then it started walking, it fucking dragged itself along with them. Are they fucking legs or ninja sword legs like cyther in pokemon?!?!

I showed several people, no one knew what it was. Help me out...southerners and orion, lookin your way guys. And if this thing can fly...may god help us.
You can keep it was a pet and feed it guppys. They will eat them or sell it online people buy giant waterbugs.
