I see way more '96+ buttbandits. And if one were to burn a truly different chip (not a jet/eBay box full of resistors) you might get a few horsepower off a premium fuel tune.

Besides the fact that we've replaced/repaired/checked/tested every other possible cause multiple times?

Have you tried getting codes from the computer? Is it not getting spark or fuel?
