Which corvette to buy ??

i was pissed when i went to the museum ..they were in their blackout period in terms of the factory tour...very upset about that.

I will not be buying an auto car, but I am curious about any first year issues in general, as that is usually when shortcomings of a new generation are revealed.

the c6 is NOT a new car. it is a revised c5 platform so you cant really go wrong with it. the ls2 is an evolutionary change not a new motor. cant go wrong there either.

I've already gotten feedback about issues with 2005 rearends, and then there were the issues with roof quality and Active Handling. Obviouly there were still bugs with the early C6s. I just want to know if there is anything else I should know about before jumping on a great deal on a 2005.
