    As quick and callous as I may seem, I find that everytime Im down, do my disappearing act and ride I end up at a church or shrine somewhere. I may not have the strongest faith but I know we're all here for a reason, worst case scenario, just travel somewhere quiet in a way you enjoy. A lot of times you'll work out the answer yourself.
