Beef Jerky. I love bacon to death, but beef jerky is the best hands down.

I just got finished with the 3 oz. pack of Jack Links Peppered Beef jerky, it was the shit, went to target and bought about 6 packs, 3 pepper, 3 teriyaki, should be enough for about 3-4 weeks.

If I (rather, my wife ) didn't have to cook it first, bacon would be 1st hands down. That pre-cooked bacon just isn't that good to me.

one on one jerky is better. if there was a plate full of bacon, and a plate full of jerky, id probably dig into the jerky (then the bacon once the jerky was done). like you said 'you can put bacon on anything' but it doesnt hold up on its own like jerky.
