So 3" heels and actual height "only" 6'9"? 69, hehe. I watched a documentary on tall women. They'll often go for shorter men, maybe guys who are tall but not giants. They probably don't have many options, although there are guys who fetishize them (and likely are rejected because that's creepy). How tight they are probably depends on body type. Very tall women often are ectomorphs (naturally skinny) and sometimes anxious and/or infertile (basically the estrogen causes sexual development and stops vertical growth - Google "Yao Defen"). In that case and partly from experience, I would expect tight, but that woman is 32, relaxed enough to pose, and not necessarily an ectomorph.
