None of my business really, but if you were married ten years, and had kids with the guy, you had to of been in love with the guy. The kind of love I would have to have with someone to do all that could not be ended by anything outside of cheating/affair. Although the guy sounds like he is an ungrateful dick. All the friends I have paying child support would kill for a break every now and then. The one bitch took him to court to get more money when he got a second job so he could afford his apartment.

Trouble with people paying child support is they seem to forget that children are a 24/7 JOB that the ex cannot walk away from.

Seems they are under the impression that because they pay "X" amount in support that all things are good in life. That somehow the payment of money magically erases all problems the ex faces raising the child/children.

True, there are many asshole people that want to suck the life out of a person because they can. Doesn't mean all are like that though.
I know some single parents that would love to get a break too.

Not at all. This is what gets me..... She comes on here to "brag" about fucking her ex out of more money. She could have easily said "no your honor I dont want more money, just to have the bad things sad about me in front of my children stopped". But instead she comes onto a public forum to laugh and brag. I just got remarried, my payments are made on time every single month, I cover my sons medical insurance, and im also in the process of getting custody of my son. Cause my ex is a worthless fucking twat, just like this one is. She doesnt want/like/need my opinion? Then keep this fucking shit to herself next time.

i could see your point. i just vent on here and as strange at it soinds i don;t mind hearing the negative. I prefer to atually cause I only here the positive from my side. That may be even the reason why I post to get a different point of view.

But brag no althought I have earned the right to have a good laugh at his expense.

This a person whom I have cut many breaks in life. Prior to this court hearing. He had been out of work on comp for knee surgury I gave him most of his money back.. He was out for two weeks after that for another minor surgrey and i once again gave him money back. I even agreed to no raise in child support and I would keep the kids at home with me and he could take them whenever he wanted too (which he wanted).

But HE filed for a change on me. Now I asked him had this gone the other way would HE help me?? NO in fact for weeks before this hearing he would call me on a daily basis saying "your gonna get beat". After all this he asked me to take him out of arrears and I ONCE again agreed to - but nope he tells his 8 year old child that "mommy won;t let him take her anymore" It was a deliberated move to put an 8 year old right smake in th emiddle.

Sorry I have shed many tears over this decision and my heart went out to him when all this happened but there comes a time when you have to let those you do care about live with their own mistakes and let things be as they are. I have never had any vengfulness towards him , yes I have entertained myself over his constant desire to "win" but I NEVER went after him for anything. I always honored are agreements even when I could have went after him earlier in the year to get even more then he has to pay now - i did not.

Even his own father said serves the bastard right and it is about time he has to learn to grow up.

SO yes I have earned my right to enjoy this moment.

you pretty much nailed it on the head and as i have givne him break after break - do you think i if was to back off once agian that he would NOT be asking again in six months? I knew him well enough that he will be and there comes a time when you just say you made you bed - you can no longer expect me to bail you out. Hopefully I will finally be free of him and his new wife can step up to the plate and get a job to help him.
