I guess I could be bias if I said Aussies are the best, but thats all Ive ever had!!..
But honestly I dont know if Id want it any other way. They are fantastic!

I frisbee trained Chloe, she is a retired frisbee dog champion. Bentley is the most lovable sweetest thing ever
Tazzie, the one who died a few years ago, was just so smart and so loyal. He never once tore up or did anything bad, even as a puppy. It was insane how good he was.
Ive pet sitted for labs before, i know they are devil dogs as puppies, but as they mature they are so sweet and lovable and just a lot of fun. I fell in love with the ones I pet sitted for..... just four days did the trick ! lol

I grew up only ever having collies. Had a litter of 10 pups one time. I kept one, he was a great dog. When he died I decided to check out shelters and found a lab mix I had to have. At 10 weeks old he was house trained in 3 days. Smartest dog by far I ever had. He would come out to work with me in the garage and just hang out. Would go for car rides, just get in the back seat and you'd never know he was there. The one I have now... took a little longer to train, but at 9-1/2 months is starting to settle down some. He still likes to do his own thing, but I think a few more months he'll be trained more of how I want him to be. Now if I could get him to bark quieter... he's bark makesmy ears ring!

I"ve had many breeds during my life. Doxies, Dobies and Boxers were all pretty constant. I've always had at least one of each. All very good breeds and pretty easily trainable.
I have to admit that I was expecting some issues with the Papillons. Toy breeds are rumored to be difficult to train. But, I have to say I've never had an easier time.
I thought Caleb was just a super good and smart little guy. Then I got Eli and he was younger when I got him and just as easy to train.
They are my first toys and I am enjoying them very much. I didn't realize how much fun a tiny little dog could be

Drew, he cracks me up!
Here's little Eli. He's growing up. Just turned 6 months old yesterday and is getting his manhood snipped tomorrow
I can't wait until his full coat comes in. He's at his awkward teenage stage right now

His tail just isn't heavy enough yet to totally curl forward. But, when it is real fluffy, it will just like Caleb's
But yeah, if he was deaf....my ass would be grass
