Totaled doesn't mean totally smashed to hell. It just means the cost to repair exceedes to NADA book value of the car. Also another thing with insurance is if the number they come up with for the value is not equal to replacement cost at a DEALER you can go back to the insurance and decline the book number and negotiate for ACTUAL COST OF REPLACEMENT.

dont blame her... i wouldnt know what to do either
on a side not.. im in the middle of selling my car... having a few friends look at it, then in may if none of them want it it goes up publicly for sale... gonna be a cheap z28 for like 7000 out the door...
