I respect them...........at least nurses make more than CNA's..........now that would suck. Nurses make fair money, but they have to deal with a lot of shit.

Yeah, CNA's aren't licensed.
They don't have near the responsibility either. They just do the grunt work and go home.
Not that their job is easy by any means, but they don't have the educational requirements 3 weeks as as opposed to 2-4 years...(ie student loans) nor the threat of losing thier nursing license at every single turn of thier job because some doctor, pharmacist, clerk, CNA, PCA, RT, PT, social worker, etc etc. didn't do their job. Huge difference.

Funny how being a nurse also mandates that you be the doctor, the pharmacist, the unit clerk, the respiratory therapist, the physical therapist, the behavioral therapist, the social worker, and countless other specialties who can pass off thier work and make it our fault when they decide to NOT do their job.
