Also my work has ESP which is Extra Shift Premium. So on overtime, I also make ESP. Basically equals double time.

A person on regular time will trump me as it costs less to pay them as opposed to paying me ESP & OT. It rarely happens though. Most times the hospital is short and pays me OT and ESP. I got 4 hrs in tho, it's all good. Since it happens so rarely, being called off is like a little gift.

I'm all commission, I don't know what overtime is. Hell I sit at home most of the time
