Red Fire- 2007 Mustang GT/CS
Ain't it the truth Kahana.. Of course us guys have to learn the well timed head nod... as well as the random.. You don't say ? Or Oh wow.. when was that ? And the well used.. She said what ? to go along with the well timed head nod... If a guy can learn all those and a few more.. time them with the head nod.. You can get away with watching whatever you want and never get yelled at.. To the guys/gals posting the pics / food.. Right on !! I called the wife over to the screen last night and said Don't that look GOOD honey !!?
Heheh 15 mins later I hear her cooking Beer Chicken !! wooo

Had a great Tri Tip Tonight. Untrimmed and used the lump for the first time. It's different that's for sure. But, I like it. I had to add more before it was done. So, still feeling it out.
That roll of bags came in today and I packaged up 8 NY bone in steaks and two racks of baby backs. The bags seem much thicker and a better texture than those I've been able to buy at the local stores.
Orion, have you tried them yet?

not yet...hell, I ain't even ordered them yet. I just finished up my last food saver brand bags and need to place an order for some of those.
That lump will take some getting used to. It burns hot and doesn't last as long as the bricks but on stuff that you're cooking for hours it makes a fraction of the ash that bricks make which is why I like it so much.
