Its a good posibility! My SRT4 is going in the shop for the 4th time this Friday for the same suspension issue. They cant seem to fix it. Ive talked to several people and did some research on our Lemon Law. If they cant fix my car after the 4th time, and I decide to file for a Lemon Law(Which I will) they either have to replace my car with another(Which would be hard, because they had a hard enough time finding this one), or give me all my money back.

I am talking to the guy that bought the GTO back and seeing if he still wants to sell it to me. Im about 75% sure he still would. If not, im just going to take my time and find another one. But I REALLY REALLY want my old one back! But IF they can fix the SRT4 ill just keep it. I like the car. But im not about to be having issues with the front suspension on a FWD car already. This has been going on since I bought the car, and it only has 6000 miles on it now.

Refund Entitlement
If after four or more attempts within the express warranty term or during a period of one year following the date of the original delivery of the motor vehicle to you, whichever is earlier, the nonconformity has not been repaired or if the vehicle is out of service by reason of repair for a cumulative total of 30 or more days during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall do one of two things:

Replace the motor vehicle with a comparable new motor vehicle, or, at its option;

Accept return of the motor vehicle and refund the full purchase price plus any amounts paid by the consumer at the point of sale, and all collateral costs less a reasonable allowance for use.
Reasonable Allowance For Use According to the statute, a reasonable allowance for use shall be that directly attributable to use by the consumer prior to the first notice of nonconformity to the manufacturer, agent or dealer and during any subsequent period where the vehicle is not out of service by reason of repair.

This is news to me about the Caliber SRT4s having suspension issues. But 6k is early to have problems. If they have to buy back the SRT4 then go for the goat if you can get it back.

Yea there has been very very few front suspension problems with them. But if they get me my money back im going to get another GTO regardless. If he wont sell me my old one back then ill be looking for another 05/06. Im really wanting a SRM, IBM or another PBM with some tasteful mods. Ill wait if I have to and buy a beater if I cant find exactly what I want. Im very very picky.

Im kinda on the fence bout selling my 06' IBM(miss my WS6) only has 15,5xx miles mods in sig lmk, if id sell it id like it to go to someone who'll take good care of it

Id take good care of it. But that A4 has me putting on the Red Light. Im wanting an M6.

And I took the car yesterday to get the 4th attempt put on it. Its still making the noise. So im putting it back to stock tomorrow and bringing it to the dealer Monday after work to see what the process is for filing for the Lemon Law.

That sux that you have to go through all that shyte. I saw on, I think, MotorWeek that the Caliber is to be phased out in 2012/13 due to slow sales. Hopefully you'll be able to get your old goat back.

Im looking at 3 others. 2 of them are on the other site. Ones a 122 on Meth, the other ones a 112 with a blower cam. The other was is on Ebay. Not sure about it since its at a dealer. 05 YJ with 17XXX miles on it with an APS TT Kit. If I could find the Original Owner I would be more interested in it. But hopefully well have something rolling next week.
