What did you do with your Trans Am today?
Thanks. He said I need to wait 3 weeks before I can get someone to cut and buff it. Then it will look like glass.

I cant wait for warmer weather to get my car buffed out right after the respray.
Yours came out beautifully!
Today i am on the search for yet another set of wheels. Would like to ditch the stagger setup and get some 18x9.5 for the 275/35 i have and be able to rotate tires since i drive so many miles.2001 Trans Am Vert

Are those honeycombs your daily drivers? I saw some black wheels with the Hoosier tires on a previous pic. Are the Hoosiers the ones you race with?

The YearOne Snowflake wheels are my daily (Nitto 555ZR's), those other wheels are my drag setup. Racestar with the Hooser slicks and drag fronts.

Don't think I have ever seen snowflakes on a 4th gen before. They look good! But such a pain in the neck to clean!

no not heck, straight up MAJOR PITA.
I do love them. Pays homage to the Bandit years. Since I don't have one this is as close to one I can get for now.
Plus it sets my car off from all the other 4th Gens in my area.

Back in the early eighties, I had a '78 Trans Am with the 6.0 L big block and the shaker hood with the big bird. It had the snowflake wheels, and I replaced them due to them being such a pain in the neck to clean. It took forever to get all the little openings clean. I'm satisfied with the polished aluminum factory wheels on my 2000 WS6. The only ones I would replace them with would be the C5 polished aluminum wheels. Yours do look good though! One day, I'll have another Bandit!

He'll be doing a color change. Current color choice is Lave Red which I think would look really good.

Sweet. I'm partial to red. There's just something about a wet look black though! Takes a lot of maintenance, but when it's polished, and swirl marks gone, ya can't beat it! But wet look red is very nice also!

When the Vert FB get's up to speed and is ready for paint I'm thinking of doing the same Lave Red or a Burgundy color. I hate the GM orange red that came on these cars. My 96 had the Maple Leaf Red Metallic and I liked it alot.
