I went with a good staple dinner tonight. Fried chicken, mash taters/gravy, and mac/cheese. A meal like that and you won't be hungry again for a day and a half.
SHIT! Now it's up 200 points!

Disney is Disney, but I don't have kids yet so it isn't a big deal for me.

The food in theme parks has never really bothered me much either because I dont eat. Neither does anyone I take. We're too busy riding all of the rides that there's no time for food. Last time I ate in an amusement park I puked it all back up 10 minutes later on a kiddy ride anyway.

Eat before, have as much fun as possible, go out to eat after.

With the movie thing though, I only really go to theaters with friends. Don't really take anyone unless there's something we're both dying to see. Instead spending $40+ on a movie and food, I plan ahead of time to bring her over, cut a pair of perfect steaks/chicken breasts/fish fillets/whatever she likes at work the day before (I'm a part-time butcher), fix up a nice little side dish and maybe a dessert as well if I'm going all out, and drop a whole $4 at Blockbuster for a movie.

Can do all that for 20 bucks if I cut myself a deal at the store, have much better food than popcorn and a soda (and according to most opinions: better than doing dinner at a restaurant before/after the movie as well), and I've already got her in my place. Chicks dig guys that can cook too.
