Take a coat hanger and straighten it out. Then shove it in and out of the exhaust tips about 25 times. If you have quad(4) tips, you have to shove it in all 4. Eventually you will break the baffles and your exhaust restrictions will disappear. Frees up about 13 RWHP.

Depends on the placement of the wheel weights for balancing.

Well since you have a 98, you want a 2002 cam, they upped the HP in 2002 so you want the cam from an 02 motor.
