If you want your presence known, go with a loudmouth system, they sound great with stock manifolds and cats.
If you ever plan on deleting your cats, most catbacks sound pretty raspy, hooker and magnaflow sounding the best though...

loudmouth on a stock car won't get you pulled over. a friend of mine has the loudmouth on his stock trans-am, makes his car sound like it has more done than it does.

You will regret the Loudmouth in the future.
When I first bought it, I loved it. Then I modded more...and it got too raspy. Then I cammed it, and I cut off the Loudmouth because it sounded like complete shit.

Buy a used Borla adjustable Like I did. Scour your local Craigslist or here on the classified section. I bought mine with only 5K miles for $300. Still looked new.
If your dead set on a new one, Magnaflow would be my #2 choice2000 SS Camaro Heads, Large cam, Fast 90, 9"w/430's and locker, yada yada yada... you get the picture
