Yeah look at the tray count. I think that might be what I have now. Does it look similar to the one I posted but the top looks like just a lid? I think it comes with 3 trays........ I bought the sum bitch 5-6 years ago.
Anyways you need at least 4 trays in my opinion to make a good 2 pound batch. Remember you only end up with round about half of what you start with weight wise.

i got my brother one from wal-mart like 4years ago for his birthday and he usally whips up jerky bout every couple weeks, i got him a 7 tray for more meat, his recipes what he does is hit the food channel website and finds maranades for all diffrent kinds of meat and puts it on steak, some come out very good, and others come out ehh. but you wanna try something new hit the food channel website see if they got jerky maranades or steak and what not.
