in saying its been almost 5 yrs since that happened i have been pulled over once. in the SS back in July of this year while driving back to Dallas for not having a front plate...
its a secondary offense stop that allows to cop/trooper to see if there's anything he can get you for...

idk, ur always kinda directin things towards me and referred to me in ur post even, as if my story wasnt good enough, or as if i was actin like a badass but the story wasnt half as bad as urs... i wasnt tryin to 1-up anyone, just share that some cops can be really relaly nice if ur respectful to them
if ur post wasnt meant with a negative tone, no problem. its hard to tell... i just thought it was.

prolly not, but i dont care to junk/white trash up the dash or front end of my car w/a stupid plate...
when was the last time, if not the first time a cop has ever pulled you over while being in front of you, reading your plates backwards in his mirror, and then stopping you...

I'd just say fuck the front plate

no, it wasnt ment to attack you, just directing it towards you as a young driver of shit that can happen. i didnt say anything i kept quiet. something bout a gun in your face, and not knowing
was going on...
i didnt do anything wrong and good thing my passenger said that in the police report as well. even he didnt know why we got stopped let alone, getting assisted out of my car at gun point...

I've outran the cops 3 times, once on a motorcycle (that time I got caught), and twice in cars (I got away both times in the car). I spent 4 days in jail for the motorcycle incident. I haven't ran since, and most likely won't. As it was said earlier, it just isn't worth it anymore, and it's tough to outrun the radio.

they have the option to. its not legally in the right place so it just depends on the officer's mood.
thats relaly how all things go... speeding, complete stops, liscense plate location, etc... its really dependant on the officers mood.
which is better than worse, cuz that means hes not 100% by the book and gives u a higher chance of gettin away with somethin
think about it... if you stopped someone who was breaking the law by not having a front plate or one in the wrong location, and he did everything correct like turn the car off, had his hands on the steering wheel and was completely respectful to u telling u that he will fix it immediately, wouldnt u feel a little bad about givin him a ticket? now if he did none of that, u bet ur ass ill give him a ticket and i think u would too.
its the cops mood and the way u go about things that really matters

really i cant. i pulled out in front of traffic and gave it gas. i didnt peel out or exceed the 30mph speed limit. the street i turned down to take my friend to his car had a cop sitting at the end of it. i slowed, used the blinker and turned. then went about a 2 blocks down and just as i was about to turn into the alley (at KSU they have alleys for parking), BAM 3 cop cars, and the rest described above...
its stated in the police report they did not turn on sirens or lights, just 'observed' me...
how much observing is needed when i dont even drive an 1/8mi done a straight road...

they felt they did. the flee/elude is the class "B" misdomeaner i mentioned earlier. should i of had a reason to run and say ran a stop sign then it becomes a felony flee/elude. thats the main charge i pleaded not guilty to since it carried to most severe penalty of upto 6 months in jail and $1000 in fines for the 1st offense...
the other two were just moving violations. but in the state of Kansas 3 moving violations in one year and you can lose your DL...thats why i pleaded not guilty and wanted a trial. hell, i have the police report, retained an attorney, etc. i went all out, i felt i had no choice...
