Seems like every town has a few of these idiots. One day you will wonder "what happened to that idiot"-they either lose their license or wind up in jail for wrecking some innocent people out. I wouldnt bother racing him. I would have a video camera in my car and film his stupidity and show the cops.

Back when I had my old pickup truck, I would put the stickers from the parts I received for my race car on the camper shell window. I had the provisionals on my race car, so the parts hauler got the other stickers. One day several years ago, I had a run in with someone similar to this. Refused to let it go that I wasn't going to race him. He started to get very dangerous. He swerved into my lane several times to see if he could coax me into running. Well considering I was hauling parts for the race car, I wasn't about to race. I just pulled into a gas station and let him go.

That moron turned around and stopped at the gas station to talk trash to me at the station. Finally I said, "Look if you want to run me do it on the track. I'm not risking my neck to prove that a Chevette can or can't beat my parts hauler." He headed back to his car doing the standard "chicken" trash talk, and while I was tempted to see just how much of his head I could stuff into his car's tailpipe, I simply said, If your car is that fast, race it on the track. If it isn't don't race it.

We have a Dodge Neon around here with a big metal spoiler on it. The guy driving it is a complete idiot. He will cut you off and brake and stupid shit like that. One day at a car meet he showed up and did a FWD doughnut and almost slammed into this crowd of people. Needless to say we all walked over to his car and told him he better not come around again or we'll break his fucking neck. Haven't seen him at any meets anymore. Sorry for the off topic rant but this Escort guy seems shockingly similar to our Neon guy.

i wish i had a trans am to have alll this fun with i raced my cuzen me a 93 lifted 33s 350 him a 96 v6 stock me stock and he kicked my ass i had him side by side till about 45 then he took me we raced about a dozen time and he wins every time. no track around here that i know of but there is this place called the run way or something idk i forgot but like just down the road from my house and i took my dads firebird out there when it was mine and put the needle in the hay burried it was fun but scary probly wont do it again for a long time seeming winter is allmost here

my friend has a neon and me and him rice it out the cheap way its fun i wish i had a t/a tho or money to do some shit to my truck i spent 2grand on lights and interior stuff i will get some pics when it gets here by the way ordered seats 2 months ago still not here backorderd 3 times then a 45 day get it in something deal bull shit i still gota call them my dad did but im gonna do it also

This makes me think of last night when i was messing with a 99-04 v6 mustang. I wasnt being serious but i know this kid and he thinks his car is the shit. So i drive by him and rev at him just to be an idiot and keep driving. Well he follows me and wants to race! So i let him floor it then i did and put at least 6 cars on him then i hit the brakes and hes still flooring it. Once he caught up to me(with him still flooring), I mashed the gas again and put about 12 cars on him hahaha. I found it so funny.

Anyways, i hate people like that who wont leave you alone. And also im sorry to hear about your car. I hate that feeling you get when you wreck something you love so much. Glad to see your ok though!
