In amny cases the bank will give you up to a 2 months stiphon. Basically you let them know you are having hard times and are unable to pay and you can get out fo your payments for up to 2 months. intrest still occurse but you get back on your feet. the bank wants you to pay the bill. that's how they make thier money. talk with them. get a ride from a freind to the bank and talk to them in person. Usually they will work something out. When i cam into the military they taol me about this and gave me the two months taht i needed before making any payments.
If yoiu get it repoed even if they give it back to you you will have the repo/tow truck fees to pay as well making it even harder to get back on track.
I know people go through hard times alot so I hope that you can get this fixed for yourself. G/L with it.

I guess I'd find out the pay-off amount, and try to get a loan through a different financial institution, and get the loan extended so that you'd have a much smaller payment..........one that you could actually deal with.

they ran out of positive shows...meaning too many failed attempts. You have to admit..some of these repo guys are a few fries short of a happy meal!Nobody wants to do this anymore..for the peanuts that they get paid, and the danger that lurks at every attempt.People are too damn crazy, and will do anything to keep their ride!!

my sister had her z28 repoed .she hid it from the repo man for about 5 weeks by parking it at a friends house .in the end she was pulled over for a dead county sticker . the bank had notified the dmv when the cop ran the tags she had to clean her shit out of the car .
sad thing is she did not learn shit from that she had her sunfire repoed about 4 months and had the money to make payments on it ....... some how she went to a toyota dealer and came home with a new car a few days later

Well I know someone that has been hiding their car for over a year now from the repo guys/bank. He stores it in his back yard with a locked gate and two cars parked in front of the gate. He still takes it out to the track on the weekends.

Money to race it, but not interested in paying for the car. Sounds like a wonderful guy. I know of a guy like that out here.

It's too bad a breach of contract doesn't supersede a breach of peace.

You could also find yourself like a v6 4th that you can afford, then swap the drivetrain over along with the interior and body parts that you want. Then put all the v6 stuff into the repo car and then just park it in somewhere where it can get repoed. Your credit is probably shot now so might as well get something out of it.
