I would say real are better, I have seen some BAD BAD cheapy boob jobs- and that is nasty! ripples, nipple's are all jacked up, gross!!!

I don't know how true this is but from my past experience's some girls with boob jobs did'nt have any sensitivity in their nipples and one even admitted that.
On the other hand(or in the other hand) 1 girl I dated with small breasts seam to have extremely sensitive nip.s
