I guess it was Super Bowl XXXIV. I so wanted my Titans to win that one so they could give Houston a big STFU, and came within a yard of doing just that ...

If you mean 'Field FAIRIES', then that's funny, and I'll use that if you don't mind... And I agree, I am in no way a fan of soccer. NRL isn't soccer.

I don't mind NFL. But we don't get to see it much here, Superbowl on pay tv if we are lucky. So NRL does the job.

Think of NFL with a slightly lower average team body mass, similar shape ball, only the player with the ball can be tackled, by how ever many players choose to, no helmets or padding, just a mouthguard. 2 x 40minute halves with mostly rapid continuous gameplay. Plenty of blood and biff.

Nothing like that meat slap sound on impact!

    So THAT'S ouch...

Sorry Kages, soccer not as popular here as the footy. 3 different footy codes here but NRL is top dog in our state...

While I must admit, The Foot'e Ball posts has caught me off guard. However I did say "Post Your Favorite Football Moments". I guess that covers more than I anticipated. Ah well, I'll cut your some slack "BLOKE".

Being from Nash Tn and A TN Titans fan it has to be the Music City Miracle. I was lucky enough to witness this great playoff game and will never forget it. I get chill bumps still to this day seeing the video. This is the same year we went on to the Super Bowl and came up a yard shy to the St. Louis Rams.
