Peter,

Your TT system design and overall system engineering looks great! It looks equal to or better engineered (front mount intercoolers) than the TT systems that Callaway used to do as a regular production option for the C4 models. What type of fuel management and fuel enrichment systems are you using on this C5 TT System?

Thanks for those kind words and there's a load of engineeering gone into the C5 twin turbo system over the last 9 months so the system should cope well with the extreme performance expected from C5 enthusiasts. We tune via HP tuners and are using a set of 60 lb injectors with an APS fuel system which has a twin drop in fuel pump arrangement like in the pic below.

any idea what the final WEIGHT GAIN will be? 75-100 pounds maybe?

Glad you like. I'd guess that would be about right on the weight as we would need to take the total weight of the twin turbo system and then deduct the weight of the original parts that are removed. When I get some spare time I will get around to weighing all of the parts to arrive at a final increased weight number.
