    The guys shouldn't have to worry about cutouts. The popo's don't mind loud cars here in the south...

    EDIT: The don't mind loud domestic cars/trucks. If you were driving something with a fart can it would be a different story. Stick to the main highways and make sure the person up front has a real good radar detector (V-1 or something like it) and you should be fine.
