If your Corvette is in that sad of shape at 100k it has had a rough life and its a POS. Lots of F-body cars on here (designe goes back about 15 years from teh C6) with a ton more miles than that and they are not riddled with repairs and maintenance issues.

Cars of old, yes I agree 100k is the point where crap starts to go down hill in a hurry but I dont think that is the case with the newer cars. Not in the least.

I wouldnt spend 20k on a 100k mile car but thats just me.

I've seen C6s with 60k run around $23k. Keep looking, and get a Vette, no doubt :thumbs:

+1 a friend of mine owns a highline car lot and he keeps corvettes all the time(he likes them, has a 2011 cyber grey zr1)he had a 2005 corvette six speed,yellow with black interior,40k miles for $25,999,sold very quick.

I bet! The one I found w/ 98k off of Craigslist on a lot in BG, Kentucky was listed for $21,000. It was sold within the week.

Great to know though, that they can be found < 25k!!!

that yellow c6 was hella nice,looked like a 2011 not a 2005,had the polished "gumby" wheels the current c6 vettes have.he has a 2008 jetstream blue corvette six speed with 50k miles for 32,999 right now and a silver 07 z06 for 42,999.

I know its off topic but there are places to get left over BRAND NEW CORVETTES for under 40k. Who in the hell would spend 33k on a 50k mile car that is 3 years old is beyond me when for 6k more you get a new one.

33k is not that good a deal and I dont care what book value is....lol

Where is this corvette outlet you speak of? Website? I am going to start looking for a used c6 in a year or so when the Monte is paid off.
