It would appear looking at the video that the drag chute was mounted above the halfway point of the car heighth wise.
200mph+Extreme braking+Chute mounted too high=well you saw the video!

If anyone could build a 1940WHP car that under ideal conditions is quite possibly a 260+mph car, it can't be done for half or less than half the price of the Lambo.
If that were the case it would have been done already and you would have seen it at Texas mile.

Just because you dont hear about it and dont see the owners racing it in the mile, doesnt mean cars like that dont exist. If the guy in the Ford GT that I posted in this thread really got to his 309mph top speed but didnt run it in the mile, people would still think the Veyron is the fastest street car in the world...
