I don't see it as racist since the majority of boarder jumpers CROSSING OVER FROM MEXICO are indeed Mexicans.

Actually no. If he had said Hispanics, and they are the majority coming across the Mexican border, it still wouldn't be racist. It would've been an accurate description of the majority of illegals crossing the Mexico border.
