Since I repair alot of tires I can tell you this Tonik is right on the 4 nail idea, but your origional idea is good as well, no place will repair a tire with alot of nails or screws in them either. your best bet is something sharp,hollow,and sturdy,you know for instant gratification.

as for you tonik yanking out valve stems makes too much noise. if you can acess the lower part of the valve where it comes through cut it slightly there. it will cause a leak possibly enough to cause them to run on the tire enough to damage the tires from underinflation.

now if you really want to be a dick paint a dick on the car with several coats of clearcoat on top of your art work so it won't be as easy to fix. Some bitch and her little boy were getting into their car next to my wife's car. We car and this woman got in her car and her son (maybe 7 years old or so) opened the door into my wife's car. Sure, accident, whatever... then he did it again, and then when trying to close the door it slipped from his hand and the door hit a 3rd time. We're right here in the car and the woman looks at us like something is wrong with us. What a bitch! I'm a little guy so I usually don't need to open more than the first stop point on the door in the f-body.
