The smog bullshit may make the car fart sunshine and daisies but it will make the already horrendous mileage of a carbed 403 olds with a three speed auto even worse. I bought my Cali emissions truck 100% stock other than some shitty duals of the manifolds. With egr, hydrothermic aircleaner or whatever it's called, and air injection it smelled awesome

Yea and assuming road head when I clearly said its not is an insult.Also, that rust bucket, runs and drives. While actually seeing the car more up close and in person, I probably would not pay $4,000... Probably talk him down.

Still the ugliest nose ever. Still needs prolly 3K in rust repair easy. The car will still be a smog controlled choking turd. So in the end I'm right its not worth more than 500 bucks.

I desmogged in about an hour. might take longer if he has to put test pipe in for the cats. Will still be a turd, and will need to be rejetted. Egr block off plate, pipe plugs if there are air injection lines in the exhaust manifolds

The 8.5:1 compression will still be a worthless rusted slug even after that and not worth it
