Loudest Flowmaster Muffler

I will need more than a port and polish by the time I get around to doing it....got 176k on the clock. She's parked for a while except weekends, but I don't think I'll be able to do anything without a fresh rebuild, or at least a complete top end makeover....probably about time to replace rod bearings too, I hear they are LS1 enders this far down the mileage road....

My wife thinks it may be better in the long run to just pay the car off and buy a totally new drivetrain: crate motor, new tranny/rebuild mine, new rear, etc. I like the way she thinks

if it were up to me I'd turn strait pipe out the sides infront of the back tires.....but cops around here wouldn't like that lol

I have the 40 series on my T/A and love it. I think it sounds amazing.

flowmasters sound ok , on a f body though if you want loud get longtubes ,ory,slp.gmmg,magnaflow and a good cam and youll have the loudest best soundin car that is if your into loud if your tryin to do a catback cheap just buy a muffler run it off the y into a dump

there is a 94 or 95 ta runs round here hes got flowmaster and no cats stock headers and hs car sounds great and it really loud

^^^ I didnt know they made a super 44 in the cross flow pattern that our cars require, or were you referring to another style exhaust setup??? Im intrested if it dosent sound like long tubes with a catless y pipe and the original deltaflow 40 series I had on my previous ls1. It shounded like chit!!!!

never really heard a loud flowmaster. but im running headers no cats with the lm1. all the flowmasters ive heard give nice sounds though

You should hear my car lol its loud as hell and I've even got 3" bullets for resonators before the super 44's

I have always used flowmaster on my vehicles, they have served me well.
